Announcement No.84, 2021 of the General Administration of Customs

 

According to the "Generalized System of Preferences of the People's Republic of China Certificate of Origin Visa Management Measures", the General Administration of Customs decided that since December 1, 2021, the Customs will no longer issue GSP certificates of origin for goods sent to EU member states, the United Kingdom, Canada, Turkey, Ukraine and Liechtenstein, and other countries that no longer give preferential tariff treatment to China under the Generalized System of Preferences.

The consignor of goods to the above countries need to prove the origin documents, you can apply for non-preferential certificate of origin.

Hereby announced.
