Anuncio No.84, 2021 de la Administración General de Aduanas

 

De acuerdo con el "Sistema Generalizado de Preferencias de las Medidas de Gestión de Visas de Certificados de Origen de la República Popular China", la Administración General de Aduanas decidió que desde el 1 de diciembre de 2021, la Aduana ya no emitirá certificados de origen SGP para mercancías enviadas a la UE Estados miembros, Reino Unido, Canadá, Turquía, Ucrania y Liechtenstein, y otros países que ya no otorgan trato arancelario preferencial a China bajo el Sistema Generalizado de Preferencias.

El remitente de mercancías a los países antes mencionados necesita probar los documentos de origen, puede solicitar un certificado de origen no preferencial.

Por la presente se anuncia.
