Inspecting Goods and Problem Resolution

The main issues were missing labels and printing errors on the color boxes. Fortunately, we detected these problems during the pre-production sample confirmation process. We promptly reported and resolved these errors to ensure the goods were in perfect condition before the customer’s final inspection.
Negotiating New Business
In addition to inspecting the current products, we also engaged in detailed discussions about future business opportunities. Mr. Nielsen shared their insights and expectations, which allowed us to tailor our offerings to better meet their needs.
